Eun Ha-Seol is a mysterious girl who came across Jin Mu-Won after being attacked by a unknown assailant. After recuperating from her injuries, she gradually began to open to Mu-Won while rebuilding her strength and took it upon herself to defend him when the Northern Heavenly Sect was under attack before being rescued by her master, the Witch of the White Night Seo Geum-Hyang.
After bargaining for Mu-Won's life in exchange for her completing her training as successor to Seo Geum-Hyang and losing her memories of him despite being her mortal enemy. She tearfully bid him farewell and left him alone in the ruins of his home and place of captivity. In the years since, Ha-Seol has inherited the title of Possessor of the White Night from her master as a member of the Silent Night though also only retaining a faint echo of her time with Mu-Won.
Appearance[]
Eun Ha-Seol is a beautiful young woman with raven black hair and grey eyes. She retains a scar on her left shoulder due to the attack by a deadly poisonous Qi.
After training her master's technique, Silver Light of the Ice Crystals, her hair has turned white in a manner similar to her master. She also displays no emotions on her face now as a result of the training.

Ha-Seol is portrayed as a woman of integrity, driven by a strong sense of responsibility towards her people and a desire to protect the innocent. Background[]
Eun Ha-Seol was orphaned after the destruction of her home, alongside her brother Geum Dan-Yeop. They were found by the Possessor Of The White Night Seo Geum-Hyang and the Thousand Sounds Of Death, Yoon Cheon-Hak.
Yoon Cheon-Hak commented that the children had an incredible life force but were also practically empty besides the desire to survive. He then asked Geum-Hyang to pass on her techniques to the girl as he saw her grab Geum-Hyang's garb without fear.
Seo Geum-Hyang has Sa-Ryung take Ha-Seol to be evaluated to see if she has the required meridians to inherit her techniques. She tells Sa-Ryung to make the tests as difficult as possible and decides to take Ha-Seol as a disciple if she is alive by the end of the tests. She also asks Sa-Ryung to erase her memories of the incident that led her to be orphaned.
