The Nine Skies, are a group of 9 powerful and untouchable figures that rule over Murim and are the leading figures of the Central Heavenly Alliance. The Nine Skies and the Central Heavenly Alliance helped lead to the defeat and crumble of the Northern Heavenly Sect. The de jure leader of this group of martial artists is the "Seeker Of Knowledge", Seo Moon-Hwa, although the de facto leader is "Invincible Warrior", Moyong Yul-Cheon, who founded the Nine Skies and gave power to other members of the Nine Skies.

The major goals of the Nine Skies are currently unknown. One goal of the Nine Skies that is known and has already been achieved is the Destruction of the Northern Heavenly Sect and splitting up the Great Four of the Northern Heavens.
